er domain customisation and static page caching depends on the identifi=
cation of domains from SERVERNAME or ip address for efficiency reasons. The =
previous surgeweb behaviour - or if you explicitly enable login_crossdomain =
- allows say users from one account@free-domain.com to login to the interfac=
e of say paid-domain.com and get all interface features and customisation se=
tup for paid-domain.com on their free-domain.com account - or in fact get th=
e interface features of "any domain on your server".</span></div><div><span =
