Are the attachments winmail.dat or webmail.dat? If winmail.dat then to troub=
le is the configuration of the exchange server sending the email. If webmail=
..dat then I have no idea what it would be but I expect they are winmail.dat =
so you need to contact the source server sending the messages.

Hi All
Just seems to have started recently.
 
Customers using The Webmail client see attachments as webmail.dat
Even if renamed file is not able to be opened???
