You have done well and found settings I was not even aware of. I can help yo=
u with the last one :-) 

I have scoured the source code and you can use default_htm to complete the r=
emoval of the links at the top of the message. Sou you would need:

  default_htm 
  email_name 

  no_email_hr true

After scouring the webmail documentation (again), I managed to get rid of th=
e 'hr' tags at the top of the mail and the link with the name 'Email message=
' by setting in webmail.ini, 
 
email_name 
no_email_hr true 
 
but so far I haven't managed to get rid of default.htm link.. any help would=
 be appreciated
