Hi,

I am maybe a little one sided but I would recommend that he moves to
SurgeMail, as for the losing of all folders I am unsure as to why that
might happen on the system he is currently using.
I am sure the cost of SurgeMail would be far cheaper than the cost of
Exchange and these service fees being charged.
Unless he needs the features of exchange beyond the mail features then
he would be far better off with SurgeMail I am sure.
We like to think we go the extra mile to add support for features etc
for customers also which MS might do but it can take a long long time :)

Regards,
Stuart
