That's definitely an outgoing message, which is probably the problem if
it's trying to send something out that is local, could you send me your
surgemail.ini to examine and I"ll try and spot the problem.

  Ok. Thanks for your help. I guess the first message was a little light on
  details. This is happening to a message being sent to a local recipient, not
  outbound email. I can send to other email addresses in the same domain from
  the same originating server fine but for some reason not this one. I believe
