I have a coworker who receives email from this address
customerservice@4over.com when communicating with their customer service personnel.
However when their system auto sends us a shipping confirmation email from the same address my coworker doesn't receive that email.
The response from 4Over's IT department sent us this:
We are seeing no direct indication that the email is not being delivered. Based on the test below we are not being rejected outright. What I am noticing is the email is being redirected from the SMTP server to some other location.
In either case the client needs to check their local spam folder. They also need to check their email providers web interface spam folder. It is not uncommon for the online folder to not sync with a the local client..

Does this look like it's a problem with my server delivering the email to my coworker? I'm not sure why it is saying Forward and redirecting as 4Over's IT department has pointed out.
