Hi
We have been using Virtual domains for our mail clients for
years and occasional have trouble with reverse lookup.
Just recently some of our customers have been hit with virus,
spam and bots, sending out junk.

So we decided to switch all domains to use their own ip
        address.
      This happened last Friday night.
We went through added the appropriate ip to each domain in
        surgemail.
Added each ip to the network card.
Added pass through for each ip to the firewall.
Changed the setting in DNS to reflect the change.
Saturday morning did tests through Google DNS, our DNS, and
        our 3rd party DNS.
All results showed domains were pointing to the correct ip
        Address.
On Sunday did reverse lookup for many of the domains, all OK.

Today we now find customers are getting bounced email. saying
they are still registered as coming from the old IP address.
Should not the header be showing the new IP address????????
