I am trying to reduce the amount of space Surgemail is using on my first drive and direct most of the files to my /opt mount point.  I am finding that Surgemail is slowly filling the /usr/local/Surgemail/opt folder with files that I thought should be in just /opt/

 

In my Surgemail.ini I have the following set in the global section

 

        g_work "/opt/surgemail/work"

        g_surgeweb_work "/opt/surgemail/work"

 

I cannot find any reference in my Surgemail.ini to /usr/local/Surgemail/opt/Surgemail.

 

Currently in my /opt/Surgemail/work folder is 9.4G and my /usr/local/Surgemail/opt/Surgemail/work folder is 2.3G – I would have expected the /usr/local/Surgemail/opt/Surgemail/work folder to not even exist!

 

After some searching, I see new files being created in the /usr/local/Surgemail/opt/work folder daily.

 

So my questions are: what setting do I need to force Surgemail to use the /opt/Surgemail/work folder for all work?  Can I safely remove the /usr/local/Surgemail/opt/Surgemail/work

 

My verion is 50e4-4, and I am just trying to make sure everything is working properly before upgrading to 52a.
