Now that ip4 is at exhaustion the biggest changes will be additions in 
ip6.  I'm sure there will still be some churn in the ip4 area as well. 
I don't really think it's that big a deal to update no more than once 
per hour.
I understand the argument about 50+ additions per day, but having worked 
with RIR's for a long time I can tell you that stuff happens in batches. 
  And even once they do publish it, it takes a while to set up shop in 
those new netblocks.
