Surgemail gets it automatically (once you enable the feature), from
netwinsite, and we fetch it automatically from the site that maintains the
list. It checks it every couple of days as I recall.

I want to know where he got the .csv :) Is it a community export that is
updated frequently? Or just a personal list?
